Clark Millikan married Nancy Adams and had one daughter, Nancy died when this daughter was born.       Then Clark married Lydia Hinshaw and had seven more children.  He was in the Confederate army and escaped to Indiana one week before Christmas 1864. His family came to Indiana in September 1865, six hundred miles from his old home in North Carolina. Clark and Lydia with there children lived on a farm near Sherdian, Hamilton County, Indiana. Clark and Lydia are buried at a small cemetery on Lamong road, south of Ind. State road 38. In Hamilton County, Indiana.
