exploring trip. His widow and children later moved to Maury Co. Tenn..."
[Note: the copy of PICKENS FAMILIES that I have has the name "NESBIT"
written in as the last name of Israel's wife, Sarah. I presume it to have been
written in by Marjorie Norwood Parsley, as she is the one who furnished this
to me.
The same hand has also written the following beside the name of Israel and
