Hosea B. COLEMAN

According to Dad's short autobiography: "I can recall visiting my mother's brother Bud and his wife Grace at Shively, Ca. on the Eel River, about 1936. Bud's given name was Hosea but no one called him that and no one outside the family knew it."

Lum O. COLEMAN

Phyllis "Jackie" Malone told me during the depression "Mac" got her father, Lum Coleman, a job in the lumber industry in Oregon. He was working steady and making good money when Uncle Phillip called to ask Lum to come back home to take care of Grandmother "Kelly" Coleman. Lum ended up staying to work with Uncle Phllip.

Died at Jackie Malone's house, while in her care. He went blind before he died. Jackie says his death came quickly and peacefully.
