daughter died about day light this morning; born April 15 1856; aged 28
years 1 month & 3 days. [CGT]. And-Tuesday May 20 1884- "We locked our
house and all went to (Samantha) Jane Franklin's funeral. She was Henry
Clark's oldest daughter. Emeline stood the strip comparatively well- it
was the first time that she was 2 miles from home sine before Nov 10,
1882. [CGT].
