Donna Elaine CHAPMAN

Donna was always so helpful, friendly and loved her and Rex, had so much fun also with their son, Lynn, he had a moto cross setup for racing, with jumps and regulation size track. I was asked to supply the food wagon, so Dale, my brother, and I with our kids, ran the concession, had a great time, that was in Payson just up along side the mountains to the west of their dairy.

They had a great dairy but the government was determined to destroy them and all small dairymen. They grew their own corn and alfalfa, cut and stored themselves, had all the equipment and put out excellent product of milk.  Was such a pleasure to know them, sure miss them a lot.

Rex and Donnal also helped with the National Hiatt/Hiett Association, communicated and shared informationwith hundreds of others.

I received this letter last week and I thought I would send it on to you. I did answer his letter, gave him your address and told him to mail his genealogy to you.

I found a copy of a book, "HIATT HIETT GENEALOGY and FAMILY HISTORY" published by The Jesse Hiatt Family Assocaition, in the public Library in Wichita, Kansas.  I was wondering if there are any of these books for sale? If so, how much?
