Sarah Maulsby, 1776, was born in PA., probably York Co., moved with her parents to Maryland in 1777, to VA in 1786/87, and to Lost Creek MM, Jackson Co., TN in 1789. Sarah was a tall, slender woman with deep blue eyes and dark hair. She and William MILLS were married at Lost Creek MM. Here they lived and raised their family. She was one of the leading workers in the church. William wa a blacksmith, working at this trade until a very old man.
