Allen Morris COFFIN

Morris Coffin (1873-1967).  Grandpa George Coffin's brother.  Married at
age 23 in 1896, to Cora Pearl Hawkins.  Later married Louisa Wickersham
Holloway, then Sylvia Mae Hodson.  Uncle Morris was born in the old "Coffin
home", in Spiceland on County Rd. 650 S.  Farm later belonged to Meyer Hoover.

Walter Coffin (1878-1975), Grandpa George Coffin's brother.  Married at age
22 in 1900.  Uncle Walter was also born in the "Coffin Home," County Rd. 650 S.,
on farm which later belonged to Meyer Hoover.

Walter COFFIN

Walter Coffin (1878-1975), Grandpa George Coffin's brother.  Married at age
22 in 1900.  Uncle Walter was also born in the "Coffin Home," County Rd. 650 S.,
on farm which later belonged to Meyer Hoover.


Ernest Hallam COFFIN

Earnest Coffin (1885-1968), Grandpa George Coffin's younger brother.
Married at age 20 in 1905.  Born in "Coffin Home," County Rd. 650 S.  Farm
later belonged to Meyer Hoover.


Jessie Belva JORDAN

D/o James B. Jordon and Ida M. Bowen.


Arthur Bailey COFFIN

Arthur Coffin (1890-1980), Grandpa George Coffin's youngest brother.
Married first of three wives at age 19.  Out-lived first two wives.  Born in
"Coffin Home," County Rd. 650 S.  Farm later belonged to Meyer Hoover.
Grandaddy Wilbur Coffin lived with Uncle Arthur and Aunt Lena while his
parents were in California with Uncle Harold.  Aunt Lena was very protective of
Grandaddy.  When Grandaddy only needed $5.00 to stay in college for some
expense, she was the only person in Grandaddy's family to come up with the
money for a loan.  Mom (Jo Ann (Coffin) McCormack) was born on April 14, 1930.
When Uncle Arthur's daughter and wife died in Oct., 1929, he used to always say
Mom was his little girl too.


Lena BUTLER

Lena Butler died during the child birth of their only child in 1929.  The
child also died.


Joan COFFIN

Joan Coffin died during child birth, along with her mother, Lena (Buttler)
Coffin.

Aunt Molly was Eileen Painter's mother.  Eileen was the baby-sitter who cared
for me during my pre-school years while my parents taught school.
