Donald E. Hiatt
Sun City - Donald E. Hiatt, 74, of Sun City, died May 12, 1990, in Walter
O. Boswell Memorial Hospital.
Born in Elsie, Neb. he was a teacher, principal, superintendent and college professor in Colorado before moving to Arizona in 1986.
Mr. Hiatt was a member of the Lions, Rotary and Veterans of Foreign War, was a World War II Army Corps veteran and Purple Heart recipient, was a charter member and past president of the Colorado State University chapter of Phi Delta Kappa and lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, a daughter, Anita Livingston of
Albuquerque, N.M; a son, Gary of Albuqerque, a brother, Robert Brown of Delta, Colo; a sister Anna Grace Lofdahl of Page and three grandsons.
Visitation is from 4-8 pm, Wednesday at Sunland Mortuary with services at 2
Pm at Sunland Lakeside Chapel, 15826 Del Webb Blvd.
