Govie Franklin LAMB

Goven, Govie, was 11 years old and in school when the 1880 Census of Butler
Co., NE, was taken.

Died in an accident in a plaster mill in Laramie.  The furneral home was
Struker    Mortuary.  The cost was $69.50 which was paid by the plaster will.
He is in Row E Lot 34 Space 1.  Their resident in Laramie was at the corner of
7th & Park Ave.  Had only lived there for 7 months.

Govie was 12 years younger than his wife.

Info from 1900 Census: Date of birth, 31 year old; 12 years married; farmer; 1
month not employed, rented farm, had 53 farm laborers.

Nancy Elizabeth WALTER

She died of pneunonia about 2 months after Govie was killed. She can be found
in Row E Lot 34 Space 2.

Have:  Newpsper clippings of death, furneral, children.

Info from 1900 Census:  43 years old, had 4 children and all were alive.

He was shot in the back by Lou Enderley.  He died of the wounds.  Lou Enderley
served time in jail for the shooting.  He died while homesteading land.

Rebecca Katherine LAMB

She was called "Reba".  She & her brother, Clyde, rode the open range when she
was 12 and he was 8.  She broke horses when she was older.

1900 Censes info:  9 year old.

Ida Fay LAMB

1900 Census info:  2 year old.

Have:  Funeral Card - Ida Fay SMITH.
