Source lists both Lucia Phelps and Lucia Sanborn as wives of Mark. Unfortunately, it doesn't identify which wife is the mother of their children and the grandmother of their grandchildren.
Perhaps the two Lucias were the same person, accidentally listed twice.
Out of necessity, I am assuming that Lucia Phelps is the mother of Mark's children. It is better to do that than to omit them entirely, especially as their names would not be affected.
Source is not clear concerning other information about Fred. Either he died as an infant or he had a son who did so.
