Warner's death certificate incorrectly states he was born on 08 May 1849, yet lists he was 55y, 5mo,19d at the time of his death on 16 Jun 1930.  Clearly, "arithmatic" wasn't the strong suit of whoever filled the certificate out.

A birth record for Warner gives his birth date as 28 Dec 1874 : Marion County, Ohio
