that included a mill. It is now known as the Yates Mill. It is located on a creek near the intersection of Yates Mill Pond Road and Penny Rd near Raleigh, North Carolina. The property now belongs to the North Carolina State University. A citizen volunteer group has incorporated and named the Corp. The Yates Mill Assoc. Inc. A one million dollar renovation program has been developed and is in progress. Much work has been done; very much work remains to be completed.
