Susannah and Samuel moved from Barren County, Kentucky to Boone County, Missouri in 1829 with their married daughter, Mary A. Rowntree Nichols, and the rest of their younger children. They are recorded in the 1830 census.
By 1840, they were in Buchanan County, Missouri.
Susannah appeared in the 1850 census, but not in 1860; indicating she probably died during that period.
Her husband, Samuel, is believed to have died between 1840-50.
