Abner and Delilah had a tenth child whose name is not known.
Abner was resident of Franklin co., AL. on August 20, 1803, where he received 150 acres of land from his father on the North Fork of the Broad River. Abner - age 48 - wife, Delila - age 41- and family were residents of Habersham Co., GA. in 1820 as follows; 3 males under 10, 1 male 10 to 16, 1 male 18 to 26, 1 male over 45 (Abner), 2 females under 10, 1 female 10 to 16, 1 female 16 to 26 and 1 female over 45 (Delila?). Then in 1830 in Habersham Co.; 1 male 5 to 10, 1 male 10 to 15, 1 male 20 to 30 and 1 male over 5o to 60, 1 female 5 to 10 and 1 female 40 to 50. The family was not listed in the 1840 census however Abner, age 77 b NC. and Delila age 71 b NC., along with B. D. (Bathsheba) age 26 b NC. were residents of Habersham Co. in 1850 (p 301).
Date of death is based on date that will was probated.

WILL OF ABNER DUNAGAN; Habersham Co., GA. Book 5, page 85. Being of sound and disposing mind and memory and being about 79 yrs of age -- bequeathed to wife Delila D. during widowhood (after paying all debts and funeral expenses) all that remains of estate to Delila. At the death of Della all that remains it be delivered equally amoung my 5 sons-- Andrew, Thomas C., John B. DUNAGAN and heirs of Hiram and Joshua and my 5 daughters- Sophia and McKeriah UNDERWOOD and heirs of Bethire RUSH and Bathsheba DUNAGAN. Named Joseph UNDERWOOD as his Executor. Witness; Robert DAVIS and John A. TYRRELL.
