Mr. McEwen received his A.B. in 1908 from Macalester College, St. Paul, Minn.; graduated 1911 from McCornick Seminary, Chicago, Illinois. Mrs. McEwen received her A.B. from James Millikan University, Decatur, Illinois, in 1909, after having attended Macalester College. She is a genealogist, and has furnished most of the data in this volume on her branch of the family, as well as one several other branches of the family. (R82).
