Frances Dorothy Thompson
LARUE - Frances Dorothy Thompson, 82,60 N. Chestnut St., died Wednesday morning April 7, 1993 at Marion General Hospital.
Born Dec. 15, 1907, in LaRue, she was the daughter of David and Sarah Edna Dutton Clark. She married George Clifford Thompson and he died March 1961.
Mrs. Thompson is survived by a daughter, Elaine Ridgway, Fort Pierce, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Joe Magdalene Miller, Marion, and Mrs. Howard Eloise Hoffman, Coco, Fla.; five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
A daughter, Delores Landon, died in 1990.
The homemaker was of the Methodist faith.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, with the Rev. David M. Elliott officiating. Burial is in LaRue Cemetery.
Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels of Marion.

Services for Irma Hickman will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, by the Rev. Don Davis with burial in Agosta Cemetery.

She died at 12:03 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 1986, at/ Marion General
Hospital.
She was born Nov. 12, 1901, in Prospect, to Virden and, Lucy (Cleveland) Dutton. She married John Lester Hickman on Nov. 6,1918, and he died Oct, 12, 1962.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lowell (Jarte) Schmidt of LaRue; a granddaughter; two greatgrandchildren; a brother, Donald of LaRue; and four sisters, Arwilda Gardner of Kenton, Fern Beery, Virginia Corbin and Eva Adams, all of LaRue.
She attended the New Bloomington United Methodist Church.
