Richard Thomas "Rick" Chadwick
Richard "Rick" Thomas Chadwick Jr., 47 of Springville passed away in Cortez Colorado Monday October 21, 2003. He was born November 15, 1955 in Provo to Richard and Betty Jean Conder Chadwick. He was raised in Pleasant Grove and joined the Army at age 17. He later married Rena Marie Ellis of Pleasant Grove January 30, 1982. He is survived by his wife of Cortez Colorado, his two children: Opal Jean (Josh) Frisbee, Cortez Co., Mickey Thomas Chadwick, Pleasant Grove and one grandson Corban Cross Frisbee. He is also survived by his mother, Betty Jean Crookston and his father Richard ÒDickÓ and stepmother Verla Chadwick, all of Pleasant Grove, three brothers, four sisters, and many loving aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held Friday October 24, 2003 at 2:00 pm at the Olpin Family Mortuary 494 South 300 East Pleasant Grove. Friends may call at a viewing Thursday October 23, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm and one hour prior to services. Published in the Daily Herald on 10/22/2003.
