Obituary: Ivy Lloyd Churchill
     BUCKEYE, AZ-- Ivy Lloyd Churchill, 35, died suddenly August 3, 2000 in Arizona.
     Born March 17, 1965 to Fred and Barbara Lloyd of Salt Lake City. She lived in the Sandy area all her life until recently when she moved to Arizona to be with her sisters.
     Survivors include the love and joy of her life, her son, Josh Churchill; and four sisters, Donna, Trudy, Chris, Carrie; and two brothers, John, Robert. She is preceded in death by her father, Fred; and her mother, Barbara.
     Memorial services will be handled by Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home in Phoenix, AZ.
