Obituary: David Dee Bennett

David David Dee Bennett was born August 16, 1947 in Hammond Indiana, to Delbert S. Bennett and Lois Kilbourn and passed away May 15, 2001 at University Hospital. He was an Eagle Scout and member of the Order of the Arrow. David was a gifted artist and graduate of Murray High School. He served six years in the Utah Air National Guard and worked for the Newspaper Agency Corporation for 25 years. David is survived by his parents Lois and Nelson Akagi, daughter Terri (Marvin) White of Logan, son Jeremy (Becky) Skinner of Ogden, brothers Craig Bennett of Murray, Scott (Robyn) Bennett of Bakersfield, CA., Doug (Jani) Akagi of Draper, sister Jeanette (Grant) Spencer, and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Tracy Bennett and father Delbert S. Bennett. Bishop Brian Bryant of the Dai Ichi Ward will conduct the memorial service to be held Monday, May 21, 2001 at the Granite Stake Tabernacle, located at 2005 South 900 East at 2 p.m. Friends are invited to visit with the family prior to the service at 1:30 p.m. It was David's wish to be cremated.
