a male child, & ordinances were performed for as such.This was done in error.
Also her name was not entered as Ellen or Elnor on the entry for her bapt
(Chr) near her birth date.
Found in Calne Par Reg;FHL film #1278534;Item 15, was an entry for William
Salter son of Joshua & Helena Salter of Calne, born 11 Aug 1816, Bapt 15 Sep
Sep 1816, pg 55, #434, Fathers occupation listed as labourer. This could be her husbands father.(It is/mc)
Marge ck out discrepency on 1919 & 1920 for SS date SLAKE T Rec
TIB Card gives Salt Lake but look up Logan T Rec to see if he went to both places.(Maybe he thought it needed doing 2X- one too many fishing trips?)

Apparently his parents wanted a son named Peter because an older brother was given the name and died in his second year of life. Peter, Jr. was appointed lieutenant in the Chester Co. Militia in 1839, according to the Denny Papers in the Daughters of American Rev. Library. he married Frances Jane Cowan, widow of Thomas Cowan, on April 16, 1850. She was born May 20, 1827, and died Jan 29, 1899. Children all born in Muskingum CO., OH.
