George family moved from Camden Point, Missouri to Chandler, Oklahoma in 1892 and then he and Lorella moved to West Fork, Arkansas where they still resided at last notice.

    He was a Mechanic/ Machinist who built, repaired and raced cars and airplanes. In 1921 he had begun designing aircraft, and pilted air mail in and out of Oklahoma City. Later, Lionel Hampton's "Flying Home" became a signature tune in Bil Tipton's repertoirre.
