"Mrs. Edward Peterson Died Sunday Morning
"Negaunee, May 10 - Mrs. Anna C. Peterson, 46, wife of Edward Peterson, died in her home, 709 County Road, at 4 o'clock this morning after a short illness. She was born March 30 1890, in Negaunee."Surviving are her husband, two daughters, Millicent and Ruth, one son, Edward, all of Negaunee, and her mother, Mrs. Laura Christenson, also of Negaunee.
"The body was taken to the Perala funeral home and will be removed to the family residence Monday morning. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

"Funeral services for the late Mrs. Edward Peterson will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the home and at 3 p.m. in the Swedish Lutheran church. The Rev. Theodore Mattson of Ishpeming, will officiate. Pallbearers will be John Rasmussen, Chris Anderson, Edward Smith, Charles Kronberg, Albert Larson and Titus Thoren. Burial will be made in the Negaunee cemetery. Mrs. Peterson was the daughter of Mrs. James Henricksen."

Young Couple Wedded Thursday Evening at Methodist Parsonage
Miss Nettie Buzzo, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Buzzo, of theJackson location, and Chester Peterson, son of Mr. and Mrs. PeterPeterson, of Clark street, were married Tuesday evening at the parsonageof the Mitchell Methodist church, Rev. Harltey Cansfield, the pastor,performing the ceremony at 8:30 o'clock. The nuptials were witnessed byMr. and mrs. William Buzzo, the parents of the bride.
The couple are popular young Negaunee people, both having resided inthis city all their lives. Mr. Peterson is employed as a fireman at theQueen mines. The couple will make their home on Rock street.

"Long illness of Young Man Ended Last Week"Thomas Goldsworthy, a native of Negaunee and who had spent the greater part of his life here, died on Wednesday of last week at the home of his mother, Mrs. William Davey, Park Street. His health had beenradually failing in later years and he spent considerable time in theouthwest in the hope of regaining his strength, but except for temporary relief the change was unavailing.
"Deceased was born in Negaunee in January, 1890, and upon reaching manhood he removed to the Mesaba range, where he was employed until he was overtaken by ill health. Besides a widow and four children, he is survived by his mother and by three brothers and two sisters - William and Richard Goldsworthy, Negaunee; Fred Goldsworthy, Fort Bayard, N.M.; Mrs. William R. Davey and Mrs. Richard Glanville, of Negaunee.
"During his earlier residence in Negaunee he became a member of Iron Mountain lodge, I.O.O.F.; and his other fraternal affiliations included membership in the Hibbing lodge of Masons and the Santa Rita (N.M.) lodge of Moose.
"Funeral services were conducted at the home last Sunday by Rev. T. E.Colliater, pastor of the Methodist Church, and in addition to the presence of many friends, there was representation from the fraternal orders to which he belonged."

Miss Lyllas Peterson and Thomas Goldsworthy were married at St.John's Episcopal Church yesterday afternoon, the ceremony being performedby the rector, Rev. R. T. T. Hicks, at 3 o'clock, in the presence ofrelatives and friends. Edward Peterson, a brother of the bride, wasgroomsman, and Miss Mae Haines, of Wisconsin, was bridesmaid. The otherattendants of the bridal couple were the Misses Olive Vincent and IdaGoldsworthy, the latter a sister of the groom, and Chester Peterson andRichard Granville. At the home of the bride's parents, following theceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Goldsworthy received the congratulations of a hostof friends. The bride was born at Palmer and spent her early life there,but the family home in latter years has been in this city. The groom isa native of the city. Besides a number of guests from this city andPalmer there were in attendance Mr. and Mrs. Charles Johnson, ofMarquette, and Mrs. Bartlow and Miss Ethel Haines, of Wisconsin.
