Notes

Mary TALBERT

From a note of Donna, DLRs44@aol.com  Mellis G. Talbert was born 1 July 1884 (Parents are Balser R. Talberta & Betty Ann Wicker, Balser parents are Anderson Talbert and Mary Ann Robbins, Andereson's parents are Joseph Bull Talbert and Rachel Rebecca (Sarah) Beeson, Joseph's parents are Richard Bull and mary Talbot.  However, I don't believe that Mary Talbot was Josephs, on's nor Thomas's natural mother.  I believe she was their stepmother.  Mary's father, Benjamin Talbot was a Rev. War soldier per DAR records.  Mary's mother was Elizabeth Ball.

Mellis G. Talbert was married to Nellie Mae Hulse b. 1888 (Where do you get HIATT from?)  NOTE: BECAUSE it was HIATT, not HULSE, direct from that family and newpaper article, obituary.

Mellis G. Talbert was a doctor. No further info on his children.

Benjamin TALBOT

A rev. war soldier, DAR records.
