Tillson P. Hiatt who was also known as T.P. Hiatt, and who was the husband of Rose B. Hiatt, predeceaded her. His estate was administered in the Probate Court of Shawnee Co., Kansas. He left no children, either natural or adopted, or children of prior deceased children. His parents predeceased him. His wife was his sole heir and beneficiary at that time. The following persons are now his heirs at law, so far as this petitioner knows and had been able to ascertain.1. Emery Nathan Hiatt, a full brother, predeceased T.P. Hiatt. He was not married at the time of his death. He left five living children.

4. Mrs. M.M. (Myrtle) Lyman, a half sister, Gardenia, Calif.
(The father of T.P. Hiatt was married three times.) T.P. was a son of the first marriage.
