The Marriage of Miss Fanny Copley to Newton Gutshall occured last Wednesday evening at the bride's home, Lincoln looses one of her most highly respected young ladies. Fanny was loved by all who knew her and her friends here were numerous. Mr. Gutshall is well known here as an honest upright young man. Mr, and Mrs. Gutshall left at once for Waterloo where the new home will be established. Mr Gutshall having employment in the machine shop there. They carry with them well wishes for the future from all their friends.

Anna taught school for many years. She married Edward Ellis Jackson (Ted) on June 30, 1920. They lived in Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, Iowa and for 18 years before Ted'd death they lived in Reinbeck. She was a graduate of the State College of Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa. She lived in Des Moines, Iowa for 16 years before her death. She was a teacher in West Independent School before her retirement in 1962

Benson of the Presbyterian Church, where family were long time members, and the wedding took place at the home of the brides parents, Lizzie and William Copley. Documented by a copy of the marriage record and a newspaper article from the Brooklyn Chronicle on the wedding, received from Poweshiek County Historical & Genealogical Society of Iowa.
